Website, first post and small reorganization

Hey there!

Over the past few months we’ve been shaping CMSIS‑SVD to welcome new volunteers and make collaboration easier.

The project is undergoing a mild reorganization: roles, communications, and maintenance workflows are being aligned so everyone can contribute smoothly, even if they only have small amounts of time to spare.

As part of this reorganization, some changes have already been published.

We now have a website with a landing page that explains the project’s objectives and points to the most important content locations. This website is also the new home of the news section you are reading. Although this is the first post, you’ll find future changes, updates, and announcements in this section.

Finally, the CMSIS‑SVD schema definitions have been moved to their own repository at https://github.com/cmsis-svd/svd-schema so they are easier to access, maintain, and reuse by different tools.
